ScanServe ("we", "us", "our") operates the digital ordering and loyalty platform available at prismcodelabs.com and via in-venue QR codes at participating venues ("the Platform"). These terms govern your use of the Platform, including ordering via QR code, earning and redeeming loyalty points, and any related features. By placing an order or joining a venue's loyalty programme you agree to these terms.

2.1. Orders placed through the Platform are offers to purchase from the venue you are ordering from, not from ScanServe. The venue is responsible for fulfilling your order. We reserve the right, on a venue's behalf, to decline or cancel any order (e.g. if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred).
2.2. Prices are set by the venue and displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. The venue may change prices at any time; the price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
2.3. Depending on the venue, you may be able to pay by card or in cash. Card payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service — we do not handle your card details. Cash payments must be made to venue staff, and the order is only confirmed once payment is received and validated.
3.1. Once an order has been accepted by the kitchen it cannot be cancelled.
3.2. If your order is incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality, please speak to venue staff immediately. Remedies (replacement, partial refund, or credit) are at the venue's discretion.
3.3. Card refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
4.1. Participating venues may offer a loyalty programme ("Rewards") through the Platform, awarding points for eligible purchases.
4.2. Earning points: point-earning rates are set by each venue and shown in the Rewards section of the Platform. Points are awarded on the final paid amount, after any discounts.
4.3. Redeeming points: points can be exchanged for rewards as published by the venue. Reward availability and point thresholds may change at any time.
4.4. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other accounts. Points earned at one venue cannot be redeemed at another unless explicitly stated.
4.5. A venue may adjust, suspend, or discontinue its loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.
4.6. Points may be forfeited if we or the venue detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.
5.1. Your loyalty account is identified by the email address or phone number you provide. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate.
5.2. By providing your email address you may be asked to separately consent to receive loyalty-related and promotional communications from the venue. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us directly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
5.3. We are not responsible for points lost due to an incorrect email address or phone number being provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or a loyalty programme for any breach of these terms.
The ScanServe platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Prism CodeLabs. Each venue retains ownership of its own content (menu items, descriptions, images, logo) displayed on the Platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScanServe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by a venue's own actions (e.g. order fulfilment, pricing, or refund decisions). Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the value of the order(s) in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
